Among our most important tasks were:<\/h4><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li><h4>Requirement specification incl. preparation of the bill of quantities and the evaluation matrices<\/h4><\/li><li><h4>Moderation of the negotiation talks with the manufacturers<\/h4><\/li><li><h4>Project management and leadership of the internal project group as well as the selected manufacturer<\/h4><\/li><li><h4>Protection requirements analysis and creation of security concept<\/h4><\/li><li><h4>Support negotiations with all parties involved and creation of a comprehensive support concept<\/h4><\/li><\/ul><h4><br \/>BR now has an open and web-based solution that optimally supports the technical workflows of the traffic editors. In addition, an important operational requirement was met &#8211; the externalization of operations.
