The goal is to maintain the quality of the software at a high level throughout the entire operating period.<\/h4><h6><br \/>The task<\/h6><h4>sommer + spohr took over the sub-project management for the development of the test management concept. The overall concept is based on the agile software development process according to Scrum.\u00a0<\/h4><h6><br \/>The idea<\/h6><h4>The basis of the test management was already the well thought-out and structured service specification. The structure from the service specifications could be used consistently both in the project backlog and later in the structure of the test suite.<\/h4><h6><br \/>The Software<\/h6><h4>TestLink&#8221; was used as the test management software, which in combination with the existing Jira ticket system forms the test system.
