His career as an audio engineer led Oliver Haustedt-Sommer for television in 1989. After working in broadcasting and news production, he soon took over the responsibility for the on-air promotion at a major German broadcaster. In 1999 Oliver Haustedt-Sommer was co-founder and member of the board of directors of a subsidiary advertisement agency and responsible for production management at company sites in Munich and Berlin. Since 2004 he is working as a senior freelance consultant and project manager for a variety of customers in the broadcast field.
