Requirements recording for a program planning system

Replacing a program planning system is a complex undertaking. Both the technical and organizational interfaces and processes are diverse and often very heterogeneous. In this area of tension, the aim was to carry out a comprehensive, complete and quality-assured requirements analysis in order to initiate the procurement of a new program planning system as part of an EU-wide tender.

sommer + spohr moderated the scheduled series of workshops, collected the requirements, ensured the quality and accompanied the core team all the way to the preparation of the EU tender documents.

Based on the requirements collected, the technical core of the tender documents was developed and published for the entire market.
