Recording requirements for networked production

The customer was faced with the challenge of putting decentralized video production throughout the company on a new footing. A viable concept had to be found that would enable the successful introduction of a centralized system.

In a series of workshops, sommer + spohr collected all the technical requirements and developed models for the future processes with those involved.

Based on the requirements prioritized according to cost and benefit, the overall project was able to create a valid implementation plan together with all the manufacturers involved and the internal teams.
