The customer was faced with the challenge of putting decentralized video production throughout the company on a new footing. For this purpose, a viable concept had to be found that would enable the successful introduction of a central system. In a series of workshops, sommer + spohr collected all technical requirements and developed models for the future processes together with the participants. Based on the requirements prioritized according to effort and benefit, the overall project was able to create a valid implementation plan together with all involved vendors and the internal teams.
