Requirements recording for the renewal of post-production

SWR is about to change its post-production systems. The requirements of all stakeholders must be known in order to optimize the new solution.

sommer + spohr moderated a large (40 participants), one-day stakeholder workshop in which the requirements were developed in groups and in plenary sessions. sommer + spohr provided an innovative web collaboration tool in which the requirements were recorded, consolidated and processed into user stories. The tool enables the traceability of all changes and efficient collaboration through distributed and parallel work.

After a very short project duration of 2 months, SWR has an extensive backlog, knows the enthusiasm factors and is now in a position to plan the further project planning precisely.
