Control room of the future

Along with the introduction of new control room software for the two locations in Berlin and Cologne, the customer wanted to ensure that the processes in the control rooms, scheduling and program exchange in both companies were also harmonized.

In several on-site workshops and interviews, sommer + spohr determined the existing processes and was thus able to fully identify the optimization potential. These were documented in the form of process models and user stories.

The results of the analysis were incorporated into the project planning and enabled the creation of a complete, prioritized step-by-step plan.
