In the context of the multimedia reorientation of ARD-aktuell, the organizational changes were also to be optimally supported by a new software solution for editorial collaboration. sommer + spohr brought all parties involved to one table and collected the professional and technical requirements in several workshops. These were then consolidated and prioritized together with the customer’s project team. With this preliminary work, the customer was able to find the suitable manufacturer and then move into the implementation phase.
