Requirement recording for the renewal of the postproduction

SWR is about to change the systems in its post production. For the optimal alignment of the new solution, the requirements of all stakeholders must be known.
For this purpose, sommer + spohr moderated a large (40 participants), one-day stakeholder workshop in which the requirements were developed in groups and in plenary sessions. sommer + spohr provided an innovative web collaboration tool in which the requirements were captured, consolidated and processed into user stories. The tool enables the traceability of all changes and an efficient collaboration through distributed and parallel work.
After a very short project duration of 2 months, SWR has a comprehensive backlog, knows the enthusiasm factors and is now in a position to plan further project planning with precision.
