2025 Year in Review

Throughout the year, we partnered closely with our long-standing client münchen tv on a complex and rewarding engagement. We contributed strategic guidance and technical expertise while coordinating all stakeholders across the full lifecycle—from the relocation to new facilities in northern Munich through to the design and construction of a new multifunctional television studio. With the first two studios now completed, münchen tv has entered its next phase, developing new formats and set designs, and we continue to support this journey.

Within the public broadcasting sector, we supported a wide range of initiatives in various roles. At NDR, for example, we provided project management and consulting services for the introduction of OneSAP—the ARD-wide consolidation onto a unified SAP platform. This enabled the timely rollout of fully digital, end-to-end procurement processes. The project further strengthened our expertise in shared services models while delivering valuable new insights. Together with our project partners, we were responsible not only for the continuation of comprehensive program and project controlling for the construction of a major production complex, but also for overseeing extensive installation works in radio studios, delivering specialist planning services, and automating technical documentation—significantly reducing planning and delivery timelines.

Across multiple software initiatives, we applied our core competencies to drive sustainable progress in investment planning, audience engagement platforms, and fee management solutions. We thank our clients for their continued trust in our expertise in requirements management, process analysis, and project management.

In addition, we led and provided subject-matter expertise for a proof of concept on SMPTE ST 2110 and Trust Boundary in a WAN environment—a pioneering initiative. The insights gained were jointly presented with our client at an international industry conference.

Beyond our project work, we continued to expand our partner ecosystem and strengthen strategic alliances, enabling us to deliver even more tailored solutions to our clients.

Looking ahead, we have an ambitious year in front of us. Our first announcement will be made in mid-January at Hamburg Open, alongside the launch of several challenging initiatives, including projects for the ARD Tech Unit. We enter the new year with confidence and optimism and look forward to working with our clients, partners, and teams on the opportunities ahead.
